About the Role:
Rossi Np Llc in New Port Richey, FL is looking for a hardworking and reliable Dishwasher to join our team! This is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced kitchen environment where your contributions keep the whole operation running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish station and back-of-house areas
- Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies to kitchen and service staff
- Empty trash, clean floors, and assist with general kitchen sanitation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and health code standards
- Support kitchen staff during high-volume service periods as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
